This Webinar will take a historical look at the Study of Hindu Dharma. How it existed through history, and how it was undermined and marginalized in the colonial era. It will examine the primary historical events that rendered its study obsolete and outdated. We will also look at what the future holds, and what is our role as Hindus in recovering and restoring Hindu Studies in the world. We will briefly inquire into why it is important that we recover Hindu knowledge systems, as well as the obstacles and challenges that lie ahead.
It will end with a brief inquiry into how we as Hindus need to prepare ourselves to participate with confidence and clarity in this emerging future.
