Fundamental misunderstandings have accumulated around Vedanta, especially Advaita Vedanta. Is the world to be taken as unreal? Is Vedanta a pessimistic philosophy that requires us to renounce the world? Is it meant only for the Sannyasis or the Sannyasa stage of life?

Starting with the nature of Brahman, Maya, Avidya, Vidya, and Samsara we will engage in a conversation and sprout new insights on the the fundamentals of Advaita Vedanta in this webinar with Dr. Kuldip Dhiman.

We will also briefly explore the concepts of renunciation, mind, ego, intellect, and atma in context of an original Sanskrit text, Vedantasara of Sadananda. Finally, we will introduce a course Dr. Dhiman is teaching on the same text in Winter 2023.
