Suhag Shukla, Esq. is a cofounder and Executive Director of the Hindu American Foundation. Through the foundation, she has been involved in mass scale efforts to improve the public understanding of Hinduism. Prior to her Juris Doctor, Ms. Shukla earned a Bachelor of Arts in both Religion and Economics at the University of Florida. It was the disconnect she witnessed between the Western academic study of Hinduism and her personal study and experience of Hindu Dharma that have served as the catalyst for her life’s work.
